摘要:
分化型甲状腺癌放射性 131I治疗前要进行低碘饮食,可以降低血浆碘浓度、提高钠碘转运体的表达,提高残余甲状腺组织或转移灶的摄碘率,从而提高放射性 131I治疗的成功率。该文对低碘饮食进行综述,包括低碘饮食的碘摄入量及评价标准、持续时间及膳食指南、依从性的影响因素、不良反应等,旨在为构建统一、规范、切实可行的分化型甲状腺癌放射性 131I治疗前低碘饮食方案提供参考。
