摘要:
对早期识别老年患者围手术期肺部并发症高危因素、选择合适的风险评估工具,以及采用加速康复外科、“我咳嗽”、使用激励式肺量仪和气道廓清技术的干预策略进行综述,以期为临床医护人员选择合适的识别工具、进行有效的干预、优化围术期管理提供依据。
