Establishment and application of informationized performance management scheme in stomatological outpatient nurses

口腔门诊护士信息化绩效管理方案的制订及应用

Abstract: Objective To establish a set of informationized performance appraisal management scheme,which reflected the characteristics of stomatological outpatient nurses. Methods According to the hospital actual situation and the content of stomatological nursing service,the scheme was established by group discussion and questionnaire survey. The scheme was applied in clinical for 1 year. Results The scheme included 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators. Ater implementation,nurses’ performance satisfaction score was increased from (86.19 ± 1.26) to (88.04 ± 1.45)(P<0.001 ),while nursing performance appraisal calculating time was decreased from (246.17 ± 9.38) min to (113.17 ± 10.75) min (P<0.001). Conclusion The improved outpatient nurse performance appraisal management scheme can reflect the characteristics of stomatological outpatient nurses. It can improve nurse satisfaction and efficiency of nursing management.

摘要: 目的 制订口腔门诊护士信息化绩效管理方案,为口腔门诊护士的绩效合理分配提供借鉴。方法 以口腔专科护理工作范畴为基础,通过小组讨论、问卷调查,制订口腔门诊护士信息化绩效管理方案,于2016年3月开始正式应用,分别比较方案实施前后护士满意度和绩效考核统计时间。结果 绩效管理方案包括3个一级指标、7个二级指标和21个三级指标。临床应用后,护士绩效满意度从(86.19 ±1.26)分提高到(88.04 ± 1.45)分,护理绩效统计时间从(246.17 ±9.38)min降低到(113.17 ± 10.75)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 口腔门诊护士信息化绩效管理方案体现了口腔专科护理工作特性,提高护士满意度和护理管理效率。
