Nursing care for a case of HIV infection complicated by thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura

1例HIV感染者并发血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的护理

Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with HIV-related thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. Nursing key points:establishing a multidisciplinary care team centered on the AIDS department as the core to implement whole-process management;collaboratively handling plasma exchange and immune regulation therapy to reduce bleeding risk;quickly initiating and optimizing anti-retroviral therapy to improve patient prognosis;implementing multi-dimensional infection prevention and control measures within the hospital to ensure the safety of medical staff and patients;practicing phased guidance to enhance patients’ psychological adaptability. After careful treatment and nursing care,the patient was discharged successfully after 25 days,and continued to be followed up in the outpatient department for 3 months,showing good recovery.

摘要:

总结1例HIV感染者并发血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的护理经验。护理要点:组建以艾滋病科为核心的多学科照护团队,实施全程管理;协同处理血浆置换和免疫调节治疗,降低出血风险;快速启动及优化抗反转录病毒治疗,改善患者预后;落实医院感染多维度防控措施,保障医护人员和患者安全;实施分阶段引导,提升患者心理适应能力。经过精心的治疗与照护,25 d后患者顺利出院,门诊持续随访3个月,恢复良好。
