Recent developments of acute alcohol impairment assessment tools

Abstract

Abstract:

The evaluation of acute alcohol impairment is an important basis for evaluating the physiological and psychological status of patients and judging their treatment and nursing measures. There is a large number of research on acute alcohol impairment by foreign researchers，but there are few relevant research reports in China. This article reviews the origin，development and the evaluation tools of acute alcohol impairment in the context of emergency treatment，and summarizing its advantages and disadvantages by comparing the content，evaluatio. Methods，applicable population，reliability and validity of each evaluation tool，in order to provide scientific references for the evaluation，treatment and nursing care of acute alcohol impairment for emergency departments in China.

摘要：

急性酒精损伤的评估是评估患者生理、心理状态，判断其治疗与护理措施的重要依据。国外学者对急性酒精损伤的探索较多，但国内却鲜见相关研究报告。该文对急诊背景下急性酒精损伤的起源与发展、相关测评工具进行综述，并比较各测评工具的内容、评估方法、适用人群、信度和效度，总结其优缺点，以期为国内急诊急性酒精损伤患者的评估、治疗及护理提供参考依据。
