Nursing of a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome

Abstract

Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus combined with acute respiratory distress syndrome. The key points of care included：noninvasive mechanical ventilation and transnasal high-flow oxygen therapy combined with prone ventilation to improve hypoxemia，prevention of nosocomial infections in immunodeficient patients，integrated progressive early rehabilitation exercises，psychological intervention to alleviate negative emotions. After 19 days of treatment and care，the patient improved and was transferred to the rheumatology department for continued treatment.

摘要：

总结1例系统性红斑狼疮合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的护理经验。护理要点包括无创机械通气与经鼻高流量氧疗联合俯卧位通气改善低氧血症；预防发生院内继发性感染；开展一体化的渐进式早期康复锻炼；实施个体化心理护理。经过19 d的治疗和护理，患者病情好转，转至风湿免疫科继续治疗。

关键词: 急性呼吸窘迫综合征, 俯卧位, 早期康复, 危重症护理
