Research progress of assessment tools for medication literacy in patients with cardiovascular disease

Abstract

Abstract:

At present，the medication safety of patients with cardiovascular disease was full of hidden dangers. The assessment of medication literacy can measure the ability of individuals to take medications，and assist to promote medication safety management and ensure the medication safety of patients. This article reviews the content，characteristics，application and limitations of medication literacy assessment tools for patients with cardiovascular disease at home and abroad. It can provide a reference for the development and application of medication literacy assessment tools for patients with cardiovascular disease in China，and provide a basis for scientific assessment of medication literacy levels and the formulation of effective medication safety promotion strategies.

摘要：

心血管疾病患者用药安全存在隐患，评估药物素养可以衡量个体的用药能力，有助于促进用药安全管理、保障患者的用药安全。该文综述了国内外心血管疾病患者药物素养评估工具的内容、特点、应用现状及局限性，以期为国内心血管疾病患者药物素养评估工具的开发和应用提供借鉴，为科学评估其药物素养水平、制订有效的用药安全促进策略提供依据。
