Review on non-nutritive breast sucking promoting oral feeding of premature infants

Abstract

Abstract:

Premature infants with immature physiological function often delay discharge due to poor oral feeding ability. This paper summarized the importance of promoting oral feeding of premature infants，the role of non-nutritive breast sucking in promoting oral feeding，the implementations and precautions of non-nutritive breast sucking. The difficulties and challenges that may exist by developing non-nutritive breast sucking in China were also presented in this review. The corresponding suggestions were advanced to provide references for clinical improvement of oral feeding strategies of premature infants.

摘要：

早产儿生理功能发育不成熟，常因经口喂养不足而延迟出院。该文围绕促进早产儿经口喂养的重要性、非营养性乳房吸吮在促进其经口喂养中的作用、非营养性乳房吸吮的实施方法及注意事项等进行综述，同时分析了国内开展非营养性乳房吸吮可能面临的困难与挑战，并提出相应的建议，旨在为临床改进早产儿经口喂养护理策略提供参考。
