Abstract:

This article reviewed the concept，evaluation tools，influencing factors and intervention programs of benefit finding for people living with HIV/AIDS. The study aims to provide references of positive psychology research for researchers and new ideas for patients’ psychological care. The ultimate goal is to improve the psychological health of people living with HIV/AIDS. In a conclusion，researchers found that there is still a large gap in the development of evaluation tools and intervention programs. In the future，researchers should pay more attention to the development of specific evaluation tools for people living with HIV/AIDS and develop intervention programs from positive psychology.

摘要：

综述HIV感染者/AIDS患者疾病获益感的概念、评估方式、影响因素及干预等，以期为国内研究AIDS相关积极心理学提供参考，为患者的心理护理提供新的思路，促进提升HIV感染者/AIDS患者的心理健康水平。通过综述发现，测评工具和干预方案开发方面的研究尚有较大空白，未来研究者应重视开发HIV感染者/AIDS患者疾病获益感特异性评估工具，从积极心理学的角度制订干预方案。
