Abstract:

This article summarized key nursing points of 12 patients implanted left ventricular assist system EVAHEART I. Key points of nursing care included the monitoring of blood pump flow rate and cardiac function,the monitoring of organ and tissue perfusion,surveillance of complications such as coagulopathy,infection,stroke and arrhythmia,early rehabilitation training and discharge follow-up care. After careful treatment and care,all 12 patients were discharged from the hospital with the ventricular assist system EVAHEART I.

摘要：

总结12例植入左心室辅助装置EVAHEART I患者的术后护理经验。护理要点包括血泵流速及左右心功能的监测,脏器及组织灌注监测;出凝血功能障碍、感染、脑卒中和心律失常等并发症的监测;术后早期康复训练和出院随访护理。经过精心的治疗和护理,12例患者均携带左心室辅助装置EVAHEART I顺利出院。
