Introduction of theoretical substruction and analysis of its utilization

Abstract

Abstract:

Theoretical substruction includes extract concepts from the high and abstract level to low and concrete level, and it is the process to develop operational concepts and display the process in a diagram,which makes theories more practical. This review described the concept and utilization of theoretical substruction,explained the process in detail with an example（the self-regulatory HIV/AIDS symptom management model）,and addressed the key points and difficulties in this process. This study could provide evidence to develop theoretical systems specific to Chinese nursing.

摘要：

理论解构可以从理论层面开始,由上而下地提取概念,发展可操作性概念,并将理论结构化地呈现在框架图中,有效地指导理论由抽象转至具象,让护理理论更具有可操作性。该文综述了理论解构的概念及其运用,并结合艾滋病自我症状管理模式阐述理论解构的过程,对理论解构中的重点和难点进行分析,为促进中国护理知识体系的发展提供参考。
