Abstract

摘要：

总结1例100%体表面积深度化学烧烫伤患者的康复护理经验。结合患者的病情及特异性进行综合评估,在床单位的选择、管路的选择及休克期补液等常规护理措施方面做了针对性调整;以烧伤康复指南为指导,在功能康复、营养康复、心理康复方面制订了康复护理方案。功能康复的实施由患者、医护人员、康复治疗师及家属共同参与,在重症期、稳定期及离院前康复期采用不同的康复方案,其中体位摆放、关节活动度的维持、主动锻炼和被动锻炼结合、瘢痕预防是护理难点也是护理关键点。个性化的营养策略以及心理护理贯穿康复期全过程,2个月后患者由重症监护病房转入普通病房,6个月后患者出院。
