摘要：

对妊娠期糖尿病患者的抗阻力运动相关研究进行综述,包括作用机制、运动类型、运动方法、注意事项和实施策略等,以完善抗阻力运动在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用,降低妊娠不良结局的发生风险。
