消化内镜中心智能导诊系统的研发及应用

摘要:

目的 在护士主导下设计并研发消化内镜中心智能导诊系统,开展患者全程智能导诊,旨在为临床护理实践提供借鉴。 方法 组建团队,梳理导诊问题并设计流程与规则,研发集自动候诊、智能导诊、智能到诊于一体的智能导诊系统,于2025年10—12月在山东省某三级甲等医院消化内镜中心进行应用,试验组4个诊室采用智能导诊系统,对照组4个诊室采用传统导诊系统。比较两组候诊及导诊用时、护士及患者满意度等指标。 结果 试验组自动候诊用时(120.07±34.50)s、导诊用时(102.78±43.82)s 均短于对照组的(329.72±86.80)(113.31±42.75)s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组导诊成功率、正确率分别为98.66%、98.38%,对照组分别为98.16%、98.16%。研究期间无护理不良事件发生。另外,试验组护士及患者满意度在各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.001),该系统可替代“1.99个全职当量”的护理人力。 结论 智能导诊系统可借助定位功能实现患者自动候诊,通过导诊机器人与叫号系统及定位系统的联动对患者进行引导,帮助患者准确到达相应诊室,提升护士及患者的满意度,有利于节省护理人力资源。

Abstract:

Objective To design and develop an intelligent guidance system for a digestive endoscopy center led by nurses,to achieve full-process intelligent patient guidance and to provide references for clinical nursing practice. Methods A team was formed to identify guidance issues and design workflows. An intelligent guidance system integrating automatic queuing,intelligent guidance,and automatic check-in was developed. A randomized controlled trial was conducted from October to December,2025. The intelligent navigation system was adopted in 4 examination rooms of the experimental group,while traditional navigation was used in 4 examination rooms of the control group. Indicators including waiting and navigation time,nurse and patient satisfaction were compared between the 2 groups. Results The automatic waiting time and intelligent navigation time in the experimental group were(120.07±34.50) s and(102.78±43.82) s, shorter than(329.72±86.80) s and(113.31±42.75) s in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001). The navigation success rate and check-in accuracy rate were 98.66% and 98.38% in the experimental group,versus 98.16% and 98.16% in the control group. No nursing adverse events occurred during the study period. In addition,scores of all dimensions of nurse and patient satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001). This system can equivalently replace nursing manpower of 1.99 full-time equivalents(FTE). Conclusion Supported by positioning technology, the intelligent navigation system enables automatic patient waiting. Through the linkage of navigation robots,calling system and positioning system,patients can be guided to the corresponding examination rooms accurately. The system can improve nurse and patient satisfaction and help save nursing human resources.
