摘要:
数字化健康教育是提升医疗服务可及性和有效性的重要手段,老年人的“新数字鸿沟”问题使其成为数字化健康教育与疾病管理的边缘人群。该文以认知负荷理论为切入点,概述认知负荷的理论基础与分类,系统梳理数字化健康教育中影响老年人认知负荷的因素,并提出相应的启示,旨在为优化老年人数字化健康教育模式与方案设计提供参考。
