摘要:
目的 对基于婴儿提示行为的喂养模式在早产儿中应用的研究进行范围综述,归纳总结该喂养模式的类型、内容要素、结局指标、应用效果和安全性监测,为临床实践及相关研究提供参考。方法 系统检索PubMed、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库等数据库,检索时限为建库至2024年8月20日,对纳入文献进行汇总和分析。结果 纳入28篇文献,其中随机对照试验15篇、类实验研究7篇、观察性研究6篇。基于婴儿提示行为的喂养模式的类型分为自由喂养、按需喂养、半需求喂养、基于提示行为线索的喂养。内容要素包括经口喂养评估、支持策略、推进策略。基于婴儿提示行为的喂养模式对早产儿喂养结局、发育结局、免疫功能、并发症发生率、住院时间等具有积极意义。安全性监测内容包括心率、血氧饱和度、血糖、每日体重增长情况。结论 早产儿应用基于婴儿提示行为的喂养模式对改善其临床结局具有积极效果。未来应从重视临床个体化差异、细化喂养干预方案、完善效果评价和安全性监测等方面进一步验证并提高其应用价值,以推进基于婴儿提示行为的喂养模式在临床实践中的应用。
