摘要:
工作记忆训练作为一种低成本、高效率的计算机化认知训练,可改善慢性病患者的认知功能和行为决策,增强其自我管理意识及管理能力,在慢性病管理中展现出良好的应用前景。该文综述了工作记忆训练的起源与发展、在慢性病管理中的应用、效果评价、应用困境及建议,为提高护理人员的慢性病管理质量提供参考。
