摘要:
即时适配干预是一种新兴的移动医疗干预方法,可以在个体最需要或最易接受干预的时机根据个体需求和情境即时调整干预的类型及强度,已凭借高灵活性、高可信度和个性化等优点被广泛应用于健康领域。该文对即时适配干预的理论基础、设计框架以及应用现状进行综述,并对其未来应用进行展望,以期为护理领域开展健康促进新方法提供参考。
