摘要:
个体对健康行为的决策常会涉及不同时间点的损益权衡,进而影响健康行为的选择及维持。未来情景想象作为一种“预体验”未来事件的认知加工方式,能够通过增加对未来健康选项的权重而促进健康意图的形成与行为改变。该研究对未来情景想象的概述、干预模式以及在慢性病患者健康行为决策中的作用效果进行综述,以期从行为经济学角度为护理人员创新健康行为的相关教育及管理提供借鉴。
