摘要:
对器官移植患者重返工作状况进行评估可以及时了解器官移植患者重返工作能力、心理社会适应能力和重返工作的准备水平,有助于医护人员构建并实施器官移植患者职业康复方案,提高器官移植患者重返工作率,促进器官移植患者身心健康。该文对国内外器官移植患者重返工作评估工具进行综述,包括评估工具的主要内容、特点、优势和局限性,并对各评估工具的基本情况及临床应用情况进行比较,以期为临床护士选择可靠、合适的评估工具提供参考,为构建器官移植患者职业康复方案提供理论依据。
