慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者家庭呼吸康复护理的最佳证据总结

摘要：

目的检索、评价和汇总COPD患者家庭呼吸康复护理的相关证据。方法系统检索UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库、Cochrane Library、医脉通、PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、万方数据库、中国知网等网站或数据库中与COPD患者家庭呼吸康复护理相关的文献，包括指南、系统评价、证据总结、临床决策、专家共识和随机对照试验，检索时限为2017年1月—2022年5月。结果共纳入11篇文献，包括1篇指南、8篇系统评价和2篇专家共识。总结了包含原则、意义、适宜人群、安全性、康复前的评估、康复措施、效果评价、质量控制以及健康教育等9个方面的28条证据。结论 COPD患者家庭呼吸康复护理最佳证据的形成过程科学、严谨。医护人员可结合实际情况制订个性化的家庭呼吸康复方案，改善COPD患者身心健康，提高生活质量。

Abstract:

Objective To search，evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of home-based pulmonary rehabilitation measures in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods We systematically searched all evidence about home-based pulmonary rehabilitation measures for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the UpToDate，BMJ Best Practice，Joanna Briggs Institute Library，Cochrane Library，Yimaitong，PubMed，Embase，CINAHL，Wanfang and CNKI. The types of literature include guidelines，systematic reviews，evidence summaries，clinical decisions，expert consensuses and randomized controlled trials. The retrieval time is from January 2017 to May 2022. Results A total of 11 pieces of literature were included，involving 1 guideline，8 systematic reviews and 2 expert consensuses. There were 28 pieces of evidence being summarized in 9 categories，including principle，significance，applicable population，safety，pre-rehabilitation evaluation，rehabilitation methods，assessment，quality control and health education. Conclusion The evidence summary process of this study is scientific and rigorous. Medical staff should formulate personalized home-based pulmonary rehabilitation programs according to the specific situation，so as to help the patients to improve health and quality of life.
