癫痫患者从青少年到成人过渡期护理的研究进展

摘要：

癫痫患者从青少年到成人的过渡是青少年从以父母为中心管理到以个人为中心管理的转变。缺乏过渡期护理会导致青少年治疗依从性降低、病情控制不佳,生活质量降低。良好的过渡期护理是提升青少年自我管理能力、促使其成功过渡的关键。该文阐述了癫痫患者从青少年到成人过渡期的概念、过渡期护理的开始时间、过渡准备测评工具、过渡期护理方案及影响因素,以期为国内癫痫患者从青少年到成人过渡期护理的研究与发展提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The transition from adolescents with epilepsy to adults is the change from parent-centered management to individual-centered management. Lack of transitional care will reduce treatment compliance,lead to poor disease control in adolescents and lower their quality of life. Good transitional care is the key to improve the self-management ability of adolescents and promote their transition successfully. This paper reviews the concept,starting time,readiness assessment tools,nursing programs and influencing factors of transition,so as to provide references for the research and development of transition for adolescents with epilepsy in China.
