摘要:
造血干细胞移植是目前治疗恶性及非恶性难治性血液病的有效方法。肌少症是造血干细胞移植患者严重的并发症之一,影响患者的康复及预后。该文介绍了肌少症的筛查与评估方法,综述了造血干细胞移植患者肌少症的危险因素及常用的非药物干预方法,并提出相关管理建议,旨在为临床医护人员针对造血干细胞患者进行肌少症的前期预防、早期发现、及时干预提供参考。
