集体活动对改善肿瘤患儿情绪紊乱症状的效果

Effects of group-based exercise on mood disturbance symptoms in pediatric cancer patients

摘要:

目的 探讨集体活动对恶性肿瘤患儿情绪紊乱症状及生活质量的影响。方法 以广州市某三级甲等医院儿童肿瘤科的57例恶性肿瘤患儿为试验组,在常规护理的基础上开展集体活动;按年龄、性别、病种配对,选择另2所三级甲等医院的57例恶性肿瘤患儿作为对照组,接受常规护理。采用情绪紊乱症状问卷和儿童普适性生活质量量表分别评价干预前后患儿的情绪紊乱症状得分和生活质量得分。结果 干预后,试验组的情绪紊乱症状得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029);干预后,试验组的生活质量总分及各维度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 集体活动可改善恶性肿瘤患儿的情绪紊乱症状,提高患儿的生活质量。

Abstract:

Objective To examine the effects of group-based exercise on mood disturbance symptoms and quality of life for pediatric cancer patients.Methods Fifty-seven pediatric cancer patients admitted in the cancer departmentin a tertiary hospital in Guangzhou were included in the intervention group,who were provided with routine nursing as well as group-based exercise. Matched by age,gender and diagnosis,57 pediatric cancer patients in other two tertiary hospitals were included in the control group receiving routine nursing. Mood disturbance symptoms and quality of life were measured using mood disturbance symptom questionnaire and the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Generic Core Scales before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the score of mood disturbance symptoms in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the score of quality of life and scores of all dimensions in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group-based exercise can release mood disturbance symptoms and improve quality of life for pediatric cancer patients.
