老年心脏手术患者衰弱评估及安全管理研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

综述了老年心脏手术患者衰弱的发生现状、不良结局、预测模型及评估工具,以及预防或改善患者衰弱的运动干预和营养治疗等安全管理策略,为临床护士或研究者寻找或研发适合国内老年心脏手术患者的衰弱评估工具及制订干预措施提供借鉴。
