摘要:
目的 对内隐理论在健康领域中的相关研究进行范围综述,为临床实践和未来研究提供参考。方法 按照范围综述框架,检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、PsycINFO、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库中相关文献,检索时限为建库至2024年3月10日。结果 共纳入45篇文献,与健康行为相关24篇和与心理健康相关21篇,涉及内隐健康理论、内隐体重理论及内隐情绪理论等14种内隐理论衍化形式。内隐理论主要干预程序可归纳为信念引导干预、注意力检查及结果测试三大步骤。结论 内隐理论在健康领域的研究价值逐渐被挖掘,是改善个体健康行为及心理健康的重要前因,其简短有效的干预模式与护理工作特质较为契合。国内外护理研究者可借鉴相关研究成果,进一步优化健康教育、预防指导及心理照护等策略,并开展高质量研究进行验证。
