摘要:
目的 对说服系统设计模型在慢性病患者自我管理信息系统中的研究进行范围审查,以明晰说服系统的相关概念、识别说服系统的要素,为完善自我管理信息系统的功能提供指导。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science、PsycINFO、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Embase数据库,检索时限为建库至2022年9月,以澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所范围综述指南为方法学框架对文献进行分析。结果 共纳入22篇文献,均为英文文献,发表时间为2010年—2022年,其内容均为基于说服系统设计模型构建的自我管理信息系统,并将其应用于慢性病患者,包括体力活动、饮食习惯、服药管理、体重管理和症状监测等方面。结论 基于说服系统设计模型构建的慢性病患者自我管理信息系统可以影响患者的态度和行为,激励患者实施自我管理、促进其改变不良行为,在慢性病患者中的应用效果较好。
