摘要:
泌乳激活延迟是产后母乳喂养早期终止的危险因素,发生率较高,对早产儿特别是极低出生体重儿近期和远期的生长发育带来不良影响。该文对泌乳激活延迟的机制、泌乳激活的评估方法和缩短泌乳激活延迟的干预策略进行综述,以期为开展相关研究及制订有效的干预方案提供依据。
