摘要:
早产儿肺发育不成熟,常合并支气管肺发育不良、囊性纤维化等慢性肺疾病,需要长时间氧疗。实施家庭氧疗可缩短早产儿住院时长、促进肺部发育,但在实践过程中存在过度用氧、自行离氧等问题,护理风险较高。该文对早产儿家庭氧疗的实施现状、实施方法进行综述,并提出启示和建议,以提升新生儿科医护人员对相关知识的认识水平、推动早产儿家庭氧疗管理规范的制订。
