Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of a rare case of severe Shapiro syndrome complicated with pancreatitis. The key points of nursing care are as following. Rehydration and sodium supplement can correct pre- renal hypovolemia and hyponatremia,and maintain stable internal environment. The tympanic membrane temperature is monitored as the core temperature reference,which provides a reliable basis for diagnosis,treatment and nursing. Bundle heat preservation measures are taken to prevent complications of hypothermia. Super early enteral nutrition sequential therapy and family participation nursing care can promote memory recovery and reconstruction. The health education is strengthened to improve the quality of life of patients. After careful treatment and nursing care by medical staff,the patient recovered and was discharged.
