Abstract:

Objective The informatization platform of network alliance for the cancer specialist nurses（here in after referred to as the platform） was constructed and its application effects were evaluated. Methods 58 nurses specialized in oncology from the supporting hospitals were selected. Before the implementation of the platform（from May to August in 2019）,routine supporting interventions were implemented;after the implementation（from September to December in 2019）,supporting interventions based on the platform were implemented. The effects of the platform on the management of the specialist nurses,the related indexes of the homogenized nursing quality,the item score,and the satisfaction of the cancer specialist nurses were evaluated. Results ①The implementation of the platform could significantly improve the management effects of specialist nurses,including the number of specialist nursing consultations,oncology specialist technical guidance,specialist nursing rounds,specialist nursing lectures,teaching rounds,and the number of advanced studies（P<0.05）. The quality of homogeneous nursing care（including the number of cases of chemical extravasation,occupational exposure,and central venous catheter infection rate）in each hospital was lower than that before the platform application（P<0.05）. Moreover,the quality of homogenized care（including the incidence of extravasation of chemotherapeutic agents,the incidence of reported abnormal events and the incidence of central venous catheter infections） in all supporting hospitals was lower than that before the platform application. The out-of-hospital maintenance rate and cancer pain screening rate of central venous catheter were higher than those before the platform application（P<0.05）. ②Except for scientific research projects,the scores of 3 aspects（including theoretical knowledge learning,practical guidance and nursing team construction of oncology nurses）and the total score of support effect after the platform application were all improved compared with those before the platform application（P<0.001）;③The oncology nurses were satisfied with the application of the platform. Conclusion The platform based on cancer specialist nurses could promote the ability of specialist nurses in the alliance,improve the job satisfaction,and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing quality.

目的 构建跨院帮扶肿瘤专科护理信息化平台（以下简称平台）,并评价其应用效果。 方法 组建研究小组并构建平台,选取受帮扶医院肿瘤专科护士58名,平台应用前（2019年5月—8月）进行常规帮扶,平台应用后（2019年9月—12月）基于平台进行帮扶。比较平台应用前后专科护士管理效果、同质化护理质量、帮扶效果评分,调查肿瘤专科护士应用平台的满意度。 结果 构建的平台包括3个分平台：远程协助信息化分平台、专科基地信息化分平台、专科护士资源共享分平台。①平台应用后,专科护士管理效果（包括专科护理会诊、肿瘤专科技术指导、专科护理查房、专科护理讲座、教学查房、专科护士培训及考核进修人次）均高于平台应用前（P<0.05）;各帮扶医院同质化护理质量提高,化疗药物外渗发生率、肿瘤患者上报异常事件发生率和中心静脉导管感染发生率均低于平台应用前,中心静脉导管院外维护率和癌痛筛查率均高于平台应用前（P<0.05）。②除科研研究项目外,平台应用后肿瘤专科护士理论知识学习、实践指导工作、护理团队建设3项评分和帮扶效果总分均较平台应用前提高（P<0.001）;③肿瘤专科护士对平台的应用较为满意。 结论 应用平台可以促进受帮扶专科护士提升专科护理能力,提高受帮扶护理人员工作满意度,有助于护理质量持续改进。
