The application of six-step love communication micro-video teaching materials in communicational ability training of newly recruited nurses

六步爱心沟通法微视频教材在新入职护士沟通能力培训中的应用

Abstract:

Objective To explore the training effects of six-step love communication micro-video teaching materials on communicational ability training among newly recruited nurses.Methods Seventy-five nurses newly recruited in 2017 were divided into the experimental group and the control group,according to odd and even numbers. Thirty-eight nurses in the experimental group were trained by the six-step love communication micro-video teaching materials. Thirty-seven nurses in the control group were trained by traditional teaching method combining with clinical practice. The training process lasted 4 weeks. After training,the two groups were evaluated by the same theoretical and clinical tests,and a self-made questionnaire was used to investigate nurses’ evaluation of communication training.Results In the experimental group,89.5% of the nurses had excellent scores,while 32.4% of the nurses in the control group got excellent scores,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05). For the experimental group,satisfaction in terms of training method,content,clinical application and increasing of self-confidence,was higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The utilization of six-step love communication micro-video teaching materials can enhance newly recruited nurses’ theoretical and clinical communication test scores,improve communication ability,skills,and confidence,and the teaching satisfaction is significantly better than traditional approach.

摘要:

目的 探讨六步爱心沟通法微视频教材在新入职护士沟通能力培训中的应用效果。方法 对75名2017年新入职护士按职工号的奇偶数分成试验组和对照组。对试验组38名护士采用六步爱心沟通法微视频教材进行培训;对照组37名护士采用传统的口头授课法结合临床学习。培训时间均4周。对两组分别进行理论和临床模拟操作考核,并采用自制问卷调查新入职护士对沟通培训的评价。结果 试验组成绩优良者占89.5%,对照组占32.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在对培训课程的培训形式、内容、临床应用以及增强自信心方面的满意度评分均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用六步爱心沟通法微视频教材进行培训,明显提高了新入职护士临床沟通理论与临床实践考试成绩,提升了新入职护士的沟通能力、技巧和自信心,教学满意度明显高于传统培训方式。
