摘要:
健康干预包括健康教育、运动干预、心理与精神干预以及就医指导等,可促进老年人从被动疾病治疗转变为主动健康管理,达到节约医疗费用支出、维护和促进健康的目的。计算机定制干预具有互动性强、成本低、可覆盖面广等特点,在老年人群的健康行为改变中发挥积极作用。该文综述了计算机定制干预的主要理论基础,介绍计算机定制干预在老年人体力活动、心理健康、跌倒预防、认知干预和其他方面的应用形式及效果,旨在为进一步促进老年人的健康行为提供参考。
