摘要:
通过饮食行为评估有助于医护人员发现儿童不良饮食行为,并制订针对性的干预措施,以预防肥胖、营养不良等问题。该文回顾了国内外常见的儿童饮食行为评估工具,对评估工具的内容、特点、应用情况等进行综述,以期为儿童饮食行为评估工具的应用、开发提供参考依据。
