Abstract:

Objective To overview the systematic reviews of effectiveness of management of medication compliance to antiretroviral therapy(ART) in HIV/AIDS patients. Methods CNKI,CBM,JBI,The Cochrane Library, databases were searched to identify the relevant systematic reviews. 2 researchers screened systematic reviews and extracted the data independently. AMSTAR 2 scale and GRADE system were used to assess the quality of included systematic reviews. Results A total of 16 systematic reviews were included in this study. Results showed that the quality of 12 systematic reviews were rated as very low,and the quality of 4 systematic reviews were rated as low. The application of mobile technology can improve medication adherence of HIV/AIDS patients, and the evaluation methods of medication adherence are diverse. Conclusion The application of mobile technology can improve medication adherence of HIV/AIDS patients. However, existing studies are insufficient. The overall effectiveness of management of medication compliance to ART in HIV/AIDS patients needs to be further explored and validated by subsequent high-quality and large-sample studies.
