平行病历在护理本科生临床实习中的应用

Application of parallel medical records in clinical internship of undergraduate nursing students

摘要:

目的 探讨平行病历在提升护理本科生共情能力与实习效果中的作用。方法 在《护理学基础》集中教学实习中,学生在按计划完成护理学基础实习任务的基础上,要求以倾听的耳朵、平实的语言记录患者就医的故事与体验以及学生自身的心理感受,并进行课堂分享。干预前后采用杰弗逊共情量表-学生版评价学生的共情能力。干预后学生记录对书写平行病历的感受。结果 干预后,学生的共情能力得分由(79.83±3.94)分提升至(105.52±8.46)分(t=-17.837,P<0.001),临床实践机会增加,职业认同感和责任感亦明显提升。结论 将平行病历引入《护理学基础》集中教学实习,有助于提升学生的共情能力,增进护患关系,促进学生角色的转化,提升实习效果。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of parallel medical records on improving the empathy ability and practice effect in undergraduate nursing students.Methods On the basis of completing the internship tasks of basic nursing as planned in the intensive teaching practice of Fundamentals of Nursing,nursing students were required to record the story and experience of patients’ medical treatment as well as their psychological feelings with listening ears and plain language,and share them in class. Jefferson Scale of Empathy for Nursing Students was used to evaluate students’ empathy.Results The score of empathy ability of nursing students was increased from(79.83±3.94) to(105.52±8.46)(t=-17.837,P<0.001). Meanwhile,opportunities for clinical practice were increased,and professional identity and sense of responsibility was improved significantly.Conclusion The introduction of parallel medical records into the intensive teaching practice of Fundamentals of Nursing is helpful to improve the empathy ability of nursing students,enhance the relationship between nursing students and patients,and promote the transformation of nursing students’ roles,which can improve the effects of internship.
