摘要:
随着外科手术技术的不断发展,达芬奇机器人手术量逐年增多,机器人手术器械被广泛应用于外科领域。此类器械因其结构特殊,污染后清洗难度大,给消毒供应中心护士的清洗技术提出了挑战。目前达芬奇机器人手术器械的清洗质量管理仍存在预处理不到位、手工清洗流程不规范、清洗质量评价方法不统一等问题,给患者医疗安全带来了隐患。科学、有效的清洗质量控制对预防医院感染和保障患者生命安全至关重要。该文通过查阅、筛选、整理和归纳国内外达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗质量管理的相关文献,并结合消毒供应中心临床实际工作对其清洗现状、质量控制进行综述,旨在为今后指南的制订和消毒供应中心人员的临床实践提供理论参考。
