癌症患儿父母恐惧疾病进展的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

癌症患儿父母普遍存在恐惧疾病进展，严重的恐惧心理不仅会影响其身心健康，还会降低家庭功能和患儿的治疗依从性。该文主要围绕癌症患儿父母恐惧疾病进展的定义、发生现状、评估工具、影响因素及干预方法等方面进行综述，以期为医护人员开展相关研究、制订针对性的干预方案提供参考。

Abstract:

Fear of progression is common in parents of childhood cancer survivors，while fear will not only seriously affect their physical and mental health，but also reduce the social function of the family and the treatment compliance of the children. This paper reviewed the definition，occurrence，evaluation tools，influencing factors and interventions of fear of disease progression in parents of childhood cancer survivors. It is expected to provide references for medical staff to carry out research and targeted interventions in this area.
