摘要:
目的 分析国内外结直肠癌认知功能障碍的研究热点及趋势,为研究提供参考依据。 方法 检索中国知网及Web of Science自建库开始至2022年2月收录的结直肠癌认知功能障碍的相关文献,应用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。 结果 中国知网及Web of Science最终分别纳入245、203篇文献;发文量总体均呈上升趋势;中国知网数据库共获得8个聚类群及11个突现关键词;Web of Science数据库共获得17个聚类群、4个突现关键词。 结论 腹腔镜手术的老年结直肠癌患者认知功能是近几年来国内外的研究热点;通过危险因素构建预测模型,通过饮食护理改善叶酸水平及整合多学科的运动干预方案为未来的发展趋势。
