摘要:
住院期间功能下降在老年心脏手术患者中普遍存在,与多种不良结局密切相关。 该文对老年心脏手术患者住院期间功能下降发生现状及不良预后、评估工具、评估时机、影响因素等进行综述,并提出进一步改善住院期间功能下降的建议,以期为临床医护人员探索适合的评估工具,早期识别老年心脏手术患者住院期间功能下降风险及制订个性化的康复干预措施提供参考。
