摘要:
患者的行为决策与其疾病预防、预后维持息息相关。行为经济学考虑了个人非理性行为的多种方式,揭示了导致次优行为的决策偏差,并利用决策偏差的可预测性来创造健康行为的干预机会。该文对行为经济学的理论背景及其在慢性病管理领域的应用现状进行综述,分析行为经济学推广应用的难点与挑战,以期为临床护理工作者对慢性疾病的早期预防和长期护理干预提供帮助。
