摘要:
目的 对虚拟漫游干预手段在患者术前健康教育中应用的相关研究进行范围综述,为开展类似研究或应用该技术提供参考依据。方法 检索万方数据库、中国知网、维普数据库、中国生物医学文摘数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、Cochrane Library中收集患者术前健康教育中使用虚拟漫游的中英文文献,检索时限为建库至2022年9月,根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,由2名研究者独立提取并归纳文献中的信息。结果 共纳入16篇文献,虚拟漫游用于患者术前健康教育主要以全景视频作为呈现方式;主要内容包括情景再现、信息支持、情绪管理3个部分;主要评价要素包含有用性(心理状态、知识水平、行为改变、手术体验)和易用性2个方面。结论 虚拟漫游干预手段在患者术前健康教育中具有较好的应用前景,能够降低患者的负性情绪,提高术前准备度,可以实现良好的健康教育效果。
