癌症患者工作生活质量量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘要：

目的汉化癌症患者工作生活质量量表并进行信效度检验。方法按照Brislin翻译-回译模式对英文版癌症患者工作生活质量量表进行翻译、回译、文化调适，形成中文版癌症患者工作生活质量量表。2021年4月—2022年4月，采用便利抽样法，选取就诊于郑州市某三级甲等医院肿瘤科且重返工作岗位的250例癌症患者进行调查，检验量表的信效度。结果中文版癌症患者工作生活质量量表包括5个维度，共23个条目。量表条目水平的内容效度指数为0.833~1.000，全体一致内容效度指数为0.826，平均内容效度指数为0.971。量表结构模型适配指标的χ²/df为2.312，近似误差均方根为0.074，比较拟合指数为0.918，非规准适配指数为0.905。量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.895，重测信度为0.864。结论中文版癌症患者工作生活质量量表具有良好的信度和效度，适合中国文化背景下癌症患者重返工作生活质量的评估。

Abstract:

Objective To translate the Quality of Working Life Questionnaire for Cancer Survivors（QWLQ-CS） into Chinese，and to test its reliability and validity. Methods According to the Brislin translation-back translation model，the English version of the QWLQ-CS was translated，back-translated and cultural adjusted，and 250 cancer survivors who returned to work were selected by convenient sampling method to investigate its reliability and validity in a tertiary A hospital in Zhengzhou from April 2021 to April 2022. Results The QWLQ-CS in Chinese version includes 5 dimensions with a total of 23 items. The I-CVI was 0.833-1.000；the S-CVI/UA was 0.826；the S-CVI/Ave was 0.971；the structure validity χ²/df was 2.312；the approximate error mean square root （RM-SEA） was 0.074；the comparative fit index（CFI） was 0.918 and Tucker-Lewis coefficient（TLI） was 0.905. The internal consistency index Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.895，and the retest reliability was 0.864. Conclusion The QWLQ-CS in Chinese version is of good reliability and validity，which is suitable for the assessment of the life quality of cancer survivors returning to work in the context of Chinese culture.
