孕产妇分娩心理创伤的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

分娩心理创伤高发于全球孕产妇,并会以其为中心,通过“涟漪效应”对母婴、夫妻、家庭乃至社会产生广泛的负面影响。该文对孕产妇分娩心理创伤的概述、评估工具、影响因素、干预措施以及局限与展望进行综述,旨在为完善国内相关研究及孕产妇的心理健康管理提供参考。

关键词: 分娩创伤, 心理健康, 产科护理, 综述

Abstract:

Psychological birth trauma occurs frequently in maternal women all over the world,which has a wide and far-reaching impact on mothers and infants,couples,families and even society through the maternal-centered ripple effect. This paper summarizes maternal psychological birth trauma from 5 aspects,namely overview,assessment tools,influencing factors,intervention measures and limitations and prospects,in order to provide references for improving relevant research and maternal mental health management system in China.
