双关节咬骨钳清洗支撑装置的制作及应用

摘要:

目的 制作并探讨双关节咬骨钳清洗支撑装置在超声清洗中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年10月某三级甲等医院消毒供应中心回收的260件骨科手术使用后的双关节咬骨钳作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组130件,实验组使用自行设计的双关节咬骨钳清洗支撑装置,对照组使用“凸”字型双关节撑开器撑开器械手柄,分别采用目测法和ATP生物荧光测定法比较两组器械的清洗效果,并计算器械关节闭合发生率和放置撑开器耗费时间。结果 实验组双关节咬骨钳清洗合格率大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组器械关节闭合发生率为0.8%,对照组器械关节闭合发生率为10.0%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.020)。实验组放置撑开器耗费时间为(0.5±0.2) min,对照组放置耗费时间为(1.1±0.3) min,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 双关节咬骨钳清洗支撑装置不仅可以节省工作时间,而且能有效地撑开双关节咬骨钳的钳端和轴节,显著提高了双关节咬骨钳的清洗质量。

Abstract:

Objective To design and investigate the application effects of the cleaning support device of double-joint rongeurs in ultrasonic cleaning. Methods 260 double-joint rongeurs used in October 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 130 pieces in each group. The experimental group used the cleaning support device of the double-joint rongeur while the control group had the “convex” double-joint spreader to open the handle of the instrument. The cleaning effects were evaluated by visual inspection and ATP biofluorescence assay, and the incidence of joint closures and the time spent using the spreader were recorded. Results The qualified rate of the double-joint rongeur cleaning effect in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). The incidence of instrument joint closure in the experimental group was 0.8%, and it was 10.0% in the control group. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P=0.020). The placement in the experimental group took (0.5±0.2) min, and it took (1.1±0.3) min in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.001). Conclusion The cleaning support device of the double-joint rongeur not only saves working time, but also can effectively open the clamp end and shaft section of the double-joint rongeur, which significantly improves the cleaning quality of the double-joint rongeur.
