经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者术前访视需求的调查研究

Investigation on needs of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for preoperative visit

摘要:

目的 了解经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者术前访视需求并分析其影响因素。方法 采用自制问卷对贵阳市2所三级甲等医院271例择期经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者进行调查。结果 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者术前访视需求总分为(145.76±21.20)分,相关费用维度得分最高,其次为心理支持维度,环境信息和手术过程维度得分最低。多元线性回归分析结果显示,文化程度、居住地和医保类型是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者术前访视需求的影响因素。结论 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者总体上对术前访视有较高需求,其中相关费用、心理支持需求尤为强烈。建议护士根据患者具体情况及需求给予个性化、多元化的术前指导及心理干预,降低患者应激反应,提升患者就医感受。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the needs of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for preoperative visits and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 271 patients from two hospitals in Guiyang were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results The total score of preoperative visits needs for PCI patients was(145.76±21.20),the dimension score of related costs was the highest,followed by psychological support,environment information and procedure was the lowest. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the total score of needs for PCI patients were associated with education,residence,medical insurance.Conclusion PCI patients have high demand for preoperative visits,especially for related costs and psychological support. It is suggested that nurses should give personalized and diversified preoperative guidance and psychological intervention according to the specific conditions and needs of patients,so as to reduce patients’ stress response and improve their experience during hospital visit.
