摘要: 目的 构建护理岗位培训评价标准。 方法 以Miller能力金字塔理论为依据,应用小组讨论和德尔菲专家咨询法,确立评价项目和细则,构建基于工作场所评估的护理岗位培训评价标准。 结果 专家咨询的权威系数为0.83,最终确立的护理岗位培训评价标准包括迷你临床演练、操作技能直接观察、个案为基础的讨论3种测评工具,各条目协调系数W为0.132~0.456,协调系数比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 该标准专家意见集中,结果可信,可用于评价岗位培训的质量和效果。

Abstract: Objective To establish job training evaluation criteria for nurses. Methods Based on Miller ability pyramid theory,the nursing job training evaluation criteria including evaluation items and conditions were formulated by group discussion and Delphi method. Results The expert‘s authority coefficient was 0.83,and the evaluation criteria were composed of Mini-CEX(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise),DOPS(Directly Observed Procedural Skills) and CBD(Case-Based Discussion). The coordination coefficients of indicators were from 0.132 to 0.456,respectively, with statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion The job training evaluation criteria for nurses are reliable and scientific and can be used to evaluate nurses’ job training effects.
