摘要: 目的 构建病房护理管理岗位和临床护理岗位人岗匹配评价指标体系,为科学地选拔、培训护理人员提供依据。 方法 采用文献查阅、半结构访谈、专家咨询法对病房护理管理岗位和临床护理岗位人岗匹配评价指标体系进行筛选和论证。 结果 形成了病房护理管理岗位人岗匹配评价指标体系,包括岗位期望、胜任力2项一级指标,9项二级指标,36项三级指标;病房临床护理岗位人岗匹配评价指标体系,包括岗位期望、胜任力2项一级指标, 9项二级指标,30项三级指标。 结论 病房护理管理岗位和临床护理岗位人岗匹配评价指标体系主要用于医院人力资源调配、护理人员选拔和培训。

Abstract: Objective To establish a job-matching evaluation index system for nursing management positions and clinical nursing positions of the ward,thus to provide a basis for scientific selection and training for nurses. Methods Through literature review,semi-structured interviews,and expert consultation method,the job-matching evaluation index system for nursing management positions and clinical nursing positions of the ward was screened and identified. Results The job-matching evaluation index system for nursing management positions included 2 first level indicators, 9 second level indicators,and 36 third level indicators for job expectations and competence; the job-matching evaluation index system for clinical nursing positions included 2 first level indicators,9 second level indicators,and 30 third level indicators for job expectations and competence. Conclusion The job-matching evaluation index system for nursing management positions and clinical nursing positions of the ward can be used for hospital human resource allocation,selection and training.
