我国30个省份老年专科护士队伍培养与工作现状调查研究

A survey and analysis on current status of the training and work for gerontological nurse specialists in 30 provinces in China

摘要:

目的 调查国内老年专科护士的培养和工作现状,以期为老年专科护士培养体系的完善和老年专科护士的使用、管理提供参考意见。 方法 于2019年4月—2020年1月采用横断面调查研究对国内13个老年专科护士培训基地在2014年1月—2019年4月培养的所有老年专科护士进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括老年专科护士的一般资料、培训情况和工作现状。 结果 共回收问卷1 939份,有效问卷1 731份,问卷有效率为89.27%。目前培养的老年专科护士分布在全国30个省份的各级医疗机构中;20.28%的老年专科护士希望能将专科护士培训延长至3个月以上;50%左右的老年专科护士认为目前还需加强老年专科护理知识和技能及科研能力的培训;35.24%的老年专科护士表示所在单位无老年专科护士岗位职责;老年专科护士主要承担老年专科护理、教育、管理和科研工作。 结论 国内老年专科护士覆盖范围广,但分布不均,老年专科护士培训体系有待加强和完善,岗位管理制度还需进一步探索和明确。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate and analyse the training and work status of gerontological nurse specialists(GNSs) in China,in order to provide a reference for the improvement of the training system of GNSs and the use of them. Methods A total of 1939 questionnaires were collected, of which 1 731 questionnaires were included in the final analysis. The effective rate of questionnaires was 89.27%. A cross-sectional survey was conducted from April 2019 to January 2020 among all the GNSs trained in 13 training bases in China from Jan 2014 to April 2019. The questionnaire included general information,training,and work status of GNSs. Results GNSs are distributed in all levels of medical institutions in 30 provinces across the country. 20.28% of GNSs expected that the length of GNS training can be extended to more than 3 months. About a half of GNSs believed that it was necessary to strengthen the training in the aspects of geriatric nursing knowledge and skills as well as scientific research capabilities. 35.24% of GNSs said that their units had no job responsibilities for GNSs. GNSs played an important role in geriatric clinical nursing,education,management and research. Conclusion The coverage of GNSs in our country is extensive,but the distribution of them is uneven. Moreover,the training system for GNSs still needs to be strengthened and perfected,and the position management system needs further exploration and clarification.
