摘要：

目的构建脑卒中患者延续性护理质量评价指标体系,以期为评价脑卒中患者延续性护理质量提供全面、系统、可量化的标准。方法在文献研究、半结构式访谈和小组讨论的基础上拟订指标体系初稿,并编制函询问卷,采用德尔菲法对全国17名专家进行2轮函询,运用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果 2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率分别为100.0%、94.1%,专家权威系数分别为0.930、0.935,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.451、0.409,P<0.01。最终形成的脑卒中患者延续性护理质量评价指标体系包括4个一级指标（信息的延续性、管理的延续性、关系的延续性、患者的结局）、15个二级指标、56个三级指标。结论构建的脑卒中患者延续性护理质量评价指标体系具有较好的科学性与可靠性,内容全面,对规范脑卒中患者延续性护理具有指导意义。

Abstract:

Objective To develop an evaluation index system of continuous care for stroke patients,so as to provide a comprehensive,systematic and quantifiable reference for standardizing the evaluation of continuous care for stroke patients. Methods Based on literature search,semi-structured interview and group discussion,the first draft of index system was established and consultation questionnaire was compiled. Two rounds of consultation were conducted with 17 Chinese experts and Analytic Hierarchy Process was adopted to determine the weights of indicators of all levels. Results The response rates of two rounds of expert consultation were 100.0% and 94.1% respectively;authority coefficients were 0.930 and 0.935,respectively;coefficients of concordance were 0.451 and 0.409 respectively（P<0.01）. The final evaluation index system of continuous care for stroke patients consisted of 4 first-level indicators（information continuity,management continuity,relationship continuity,and outcome of patients）,15 second-level indicators and 56 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of continuous care for stroke patients are scientific,reliable and comprehensive in contents,which can provide science-based references for standardizing evaluation of continuous care for stroke patients.
